31-11


2008 Crimson Engine/Rescue

31-11 is a 2008 Crimson Engine/Rescue built on a Spartan Advantage long four door cab with a 10" raised roof. It has a stainless steel body with Robinson roll up doors. The pump is a Waterous S100 1500 gpm rear mounted pump with a Hypro FoamPro 1600 foam system. The tank is a 500 gallon Pro Poly along with a 30 gallon foam tank. The truck also has a Cummins 400 HP engine, Whelen LED lighting package, Powercall electronic siren, and a Federal Q2b.

Other equipment includes:
Harrison 30 kw generator
Hurst Trimo pump with 3 preconnected Hurst reels
Full compliment of Hurst extrication tools
Hurst Mini Mate gas powered unit
2 sets of Power Hawk Auto-Cribs
1 air reel, 2 electric reels
2 speedy dry hopper bins that hold 100 lbs each
Coffin compartments that contain the follow:
Rope rescue equipment, Haz Mat absorbents, and water rescue equipment
6000 watt Will-Burt light tower
Command desk
4 - 1 3/4" Speed lays
1 preconnected 2 1/2" Blitz Fire monitor
700’ 5" LDH
100' 1" trash line with a piercing nozzle in front bumper
Rescue 42 stabilization system
Air bags and air chisel
K-12 saw and chain saw
Port a Power
PPV Fans and numerous hand tools

1999 Seagrave

31-12 was purchased new in 1999 and is currently our main attack pumper, along with our RIT engine. 31-12 has an 8 man cab with Waterous 1750 gpm pump and carries 900 gals of water. It has 5 preconnected 1 3/4" attack lines, a 200' preconnected Blitz fire, 1000' of 5" LDH and 500' of 3" supply line. This unit also carries a Hurst Mini Mate gas powered unit with a Hurst Roadrunner combination tool and a set of Power Hawk Auto-Cribs.

1987 Spartan/SPI

31-21 is our tanker that was purchased new in 1987. 31-21 has a Hale 1250 gpm pump and carries 2750 gals. of water. 31-21 has 2 preconnected 1 3/4" attack lines, 1 - 150' preconnect of 2 1/2" line, and 500' of 3" supply line. 21 also carries a 3000 gal. port a tank. 31-21 can carry up to 6 personnel.

1989 Sutphen Tower

31-50 was purchased used in 2003 from the West Ridge Fire Dept. 31-50 is a 95' aerial platform with a 1750 gpm Hale pump with a 300 gal booster tank. 31-50 has 2 - preconnected 1 3/4" attack lines and 500' of 5" LDH hose. 31-50 carries a full compliment of truck company equipment that includes a Partner K-12 saw, Ventmaster chainsaw, Stihl chain saw, 2 PPV fans, numerous hand tools, and MSA thermal imagining camera. 31-50 is only 1 of 2 aerials in Bedford County.

2008 Ford F-350

31-60 was purchased new from Bedford Ford. After hard work by our members this truck was converted into our current brush truck.

Some of its features are:
170 gallon water tank
booster reel with 100' of 1" forestry line
additional 300 ft 1" forestry line
chainsaw and leafblower
Water rescue vests
Water rescue dry suits
8000 lb. winch

2006 Ford/Swab

31-62 is first out on MVC's, Chimmney fires, and Brush fires and can carry 4 personnel. This truck carries a portable gas power Hurst unit with a medium Ram, Roadrunner combination tool, and a set of Power Hawk Auto-Cribs. 62 also has a 300 gpm pump and 300 gals of water, along with 5 gals of Class B foam that supply 1 - 1" 150' booster reel and 1 - 150' preconnet of 1 3/4" hose. This unit also carries a First Responder Jump kit and AED.

Bertha


1931 American LaFrance

"Bertha" as this truck is known, was purchased new in 1931 by the Dept. Bertha served the dept. well until her retirement in the 1970's. It is our hope to secure funds to restore Bertha back to her orginial condition.
